用途と特徴
この工作機械は当社がピストンリングめっき前の必要な表面が滑らかで、隣接エッジの面取りがきれいで、光漏れを減らすのに明らかな作用があり、しかも磨き品質の良し悪しがめっき表面の品質に直接影響することに基づいて設計したものである。国内にはピストンリング加工設備があり、大部分はフレキシブル研磨がなく、しかもクランプ後の全筒リング中心にばらつきがあり、すなわち芯棒の曲げなどの原因がピストンリング表面の品質に直接影響する。この工作機械の最大の特徴は、めっき後の研磨にフレキシブル装置を用いてピストンリング表面を圧力均衡させ、クロム腫の除去に明らかな役割を果たすことである。この工作機械は操作が簡単で、安全で信頼性があり、適応性が広い。

USES and features

DXDM - 1180 type piston ring special grinding machine.
