High density bonded octadecyl chromatography column can recognize the differences in stereostructure of compounds, thus distinguishing them from ordinary onesC18 columns have different selectivity, and the relative retention time of planar and non planar molecules will change according to the bonding density of ODS groups. Can be used for the detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon compounds.
