ラスタビームスプリッタDiffractive beam-multiplication elements split a laser beam into several beams, each with the characteristics of the original beam except for power and angle of propagation. Focusing multi-spot elements provide a line or an array of identical focal spots located in the focal plane, with spacing between neighboring spots.
