Micro-Renathane®カテーテル、特許技術により製造され、血管内塞栓の確率を効果的に下げることができ、血管との整合完璧度が最も高い実験動物用内植カテーテルである。カテーテルの原材料はポリイミドであり、通常のエチレンカテーテルに比べて、ポリイミドエステル材料を用いており、血管内の血小板、蛋白、赤血球などの付着率は低い。それだけでなく、この材料のカテーテルの動物体内での使用寿命も他の材料のカテーテルより大幅に高い。

本品にはいかなる可塑剤も含まれておらず、価格が一般的なカテーテルより高いことを考慮して、異常な生物特性と血液適合性の要求が特に高い実験動物にのみ使用することを推奨している。本品non-sterile,+/-0.005。
