ビーム偏向器

本製品は高速ビーム偏向器であり、繰り返し周波数は25 MHzに達することができ、偏向角度は3度より大きい。高速光切り替え、広帯域フィルタリング、画像およびデータ処理、などの場合に使用できます。
The PLZT optical beam deflector is equipped with prism electrodes which steers optical beam at large angles at high frequencies. The deflector would be useful for optical switching, wide band tunable filter, image/data processing, and other applications.
