概要
RainWise AerVaneTM wind speed and direction sensor can meet and exceed EPA standards. The balanced propeller is supported by stainless steel ball bearings. The propeller drives a notched disk, generating a pulse on the optical switch and obtaining wind direction data through the optical splitter. There is no 'dead zone' in wind direction measurement, and both resolution and accuracy can reach ± 1.0 degrees. There is no contact or brush in the assembly. AerVane uses anodized aluminum alloy, stainless steel, UV resistant PVC, and Lexan ® Made of plastic material. The standard RainWise interface can provide RS-232 digital output or any required analog output, including 4-20mA, 0-1 VDC, etc.
